I’m Chad Orillion, and together with my wife, Marcey, we founded this company. We’re originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and have been happily married since 2000. While raising our two beautiful daughters, we’ve built our lives and business with God and family at the center of everything we do. I grew up working in construction, spending 25 years with a single contractor, gaining firsthand experience in multiple chemical plants and refineries across Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas. Over time, I learned that integrity, reliability, quality tools, and a strong work ethic are the foundation of success. My wife, Marcey, also brings a wealth of experience from both the medical field and the school system. She spent years caring for patients and later working in education, where she saw firsthand that integrity, accountability, and reliability are essential—whether ensuring the well-being of patients or shaping young minds in the classroom. Her background reinforced our belief that success isn’t just about hard work—it’s about having the right tools, staying accountable, and always doing the right thing. Together, these experiences shaped the core values that define Maco’s: faith in God, belief in yourself, honor, integrity, and service. In April 2022, we started Maco’s Industrial and Construction Supplies in a small shop in our backyard. After many late-night discussions and Marcey’s unwavering support, we knew it was time to fully commit. In July 2023, I stepped away from my 25-year career as a Construction Manager, and Marcey transitioned from education and her role as a stay-at-home mom. Together, we put everything we had into growing Maco’s Industrial and Construction Supplies—building a business to serve the industry I know best. In February 2024, we proudly opened our first of many locations at 115 E Hwy 108, Sulphur, Louisiana 70665. Our ultimate dream is to leave a legacy—not just for our daughters, but for others across multiple communities in this great nation who, like us, may not have come from money but are willing to work hard for something greater. We want to grow Maco’s into multiple branches, empowering local men and women to become part of the team, develop as managers, eventually earn ownership—not through their pocketbooks, but through their dedication, effort, and commitment. We want to give others the same opportunity we once thought was out of reach, proving that success comes from faith in God, belief in yourself, and hard work—not privilege. As a family-owned business, we believe success isn’t about where you come from—it's about trusting God, believing in yourself, working together, acting with integrity, putting in hard work, and keeping your word. We’ve built this company with God, faith, the support of our community, and a commitment to serving both our customers and the communities we call home.
